Forgot Username

You cannot sign in because you don’t remember your username.

What to do:

Your username is the email used during your Livora setup  Search your inbox for previous Livora emails  If you still cannot locate it, contact support at team@belivora.co.uk

Forgot Password

Incorrect or unrecognized password.

What to do:

  1. Go to Profile Settings
  2. Select Change Password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password
  1. Select Reset Password on the login screen
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Follow the secure reset link sent to your inbox
If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder before retrying

Understanding ownership and roles

  • Each Livora system has one primary account owner
  • Only the owner can manage users, permissions, and access levels
  • If you are not the owner, request access or a password reset directly from them

System requirements

Connectivity needed for account recovery

  • Your Livora system must be online to process login and reset requests
  • Ensure your home internet connection is active
  • If your system is offline, remote access and password reset will not function
  • Restart your Livora system from the main controller if accessible
  • Retry the password reset process once the system is back online
  • If the issue persists, contact support for secure recovery

Important

  • Passwords cannot be viewed or recovered directly
  • Livora does not store readable password data
  • There is only one system owner per installation
  • Owner access cannot be reassigned without verification
