Your Livora account is how your home recognises you, personalises your experience, and keeps everything secure. Access is simple, controlled, and designed around you.

Your Account

Each Livora home is built around a structured access system:

  • One primary owner
  • Optional additional users with controlled permissions
  • This ensures your home remains secure while allowing shared access where needed.

    The owner is the primary controller of the Livora system. 

    The owner can: 

    • Add or remove users  
    • Manage permissions and access levels 
    •  Reset passwords for other users  
    • Control overall system settings  

    Note: There is only one owner per system. Ownership is verified and cannot be transferred without approval.

    Additional users can be added to the system with defined access. 

    Depending on permissions, users can: 

    • Control devices and scenes  
    • Access specific rooms or features  
    • Use the Livora app for everyday control  

    Access is always defined by the system owner.

    Signing In

    To access your Livora system:

    If login fails, follow the password reset process.

    Password & Security

    Security is built into every layer of Livora.

  • Passwords are encrypted and never visible
  • Access is verified before any changes are made
  • Reset requests are handled securely via your registered email
  • Tip: For added security, always use a strong, unique password. 

    Managing Access

    The owner can manage access at any time:

  • Add new users
  • Remove access instantly
  • Update permissions based on need
  • This allows your home to adapt as your household changes. 

    System Connection

    Livora runs on your home internet connection.
    For full access:

  • Your system must be online
  • Remote control requires an active connection
  • Some automations continue locally, but account access requires connectivity
