A home that’s Got your back

How Livora turned The Shahzaib Residence into a self running wellness sanctuary. One server, one private Zigbee mesh, and a family’s daily rhythm at the centre of everything.

Most homes are a quiet to do list. Lights to switch off. A door to double-check. A low hum of worry you carry up to bed. The Shahzaib residence used to be one of them. Then Livora gave it something most houses never get — the ability to look after the people living in it. We didn’t set out to install devices. We set out to remove friction from the four things that quietly shape how a family feels every single day: how well they rest, how safe they feel, the light and air around them, and the mental weight of running a home. Every product in this home earns its place against one of those four.

The Approach

We didn't make the house cleverer.
We made it considerate.

The four pillars

Four ways the house cares for the family

01

Rest, protected

The body keeps time by light. So we taught the house to keep it too.
From 22:00, a single "Good Night" command settles the whole home; lights down, doors locked, the day formally closed - holding through to 07:00. Through the night, no one is ever blinded: motion lifts the stairs and landing to a soft 50% path light between midnight and 07:00, bright enough to be safe, gentle enough to protect sleep. And mornings don't arrive with a jolt - a Wake-Up routine raises the light gradually, like a sunrise, so the family surfaces instead of startles.

02

Calm, by design

Peace of mind isn't a feature. It's a worry you stop carrying.
The old fear - walking in to discover something happened hours ago - is gone. A smart doorbell, solar camera and Eufy hub feed one live view, so the family can see the front step from anywhere. "Home Alone" and "Secure House" modes lock every door, arm the cameras and stand the house down in a single command. And the door simply unlocks as they arrive - no fumbling in the dark with an armful of shopping.

03

Light & air, in balance

You can't look after air you can't see.
An air-quality sensor now reads the home's air in real time, surfaced on the household dashboard - turning something invisible into something the family can actually act on. Lighting follows the sun, not guesswork: outdoor lights track sunset and sunrise automatically, while presence and lux sensing bring the landing and drawing room up only when it's genuinely dark and someone is there. Nothing burns for no reason.

04

Effortless, end to end

One button to put the whole house to bed.
The cleverness disappears into simplicity. An NS Panel Pro and a wall-mounted tablet sit exactly where the family naturally reaches; Alexa handles the rest by voice; a single Master scene can stand the entire system down at once. Underneath it all, Livora runs over a private Zigbee mesh - a local brain that lives in the house, not in someone else's cloud. Less to manage, more to enjoy.

The bottom line

Not a smarter house. A kinder one

Livora didn’t make the Shahzaib residence cleverer for the sake of it. It made the home considerate; a house that rests when the family rests, watches over them when they’re away, and keeps an eye on the very air they breathe. That isn’t a collection of gadgets. That’s wellness, built into the walls.

— Shahzaib, homeowner

“I didn’t realise how much the house was asking of me until it stopped asking. Now it just… takes care of us.”

Want a home that looks after your back?

Every home isdifferent. The best next step is a simple conversation
about how your home could rest when you rest, watch over you when
you’re away, and take the daily weight off your shoulders.
