Forgot Username
You cannot sign in because you don’t remember your username.
What to do:
Your username is the email used during your Livora setup Search your inbox for previous Livora emails If you still cannot locate it, contact support at team@belivora.co.uk
Forgot Password
Incorrect or unrecognized password.
What to do:
- Go to Profile Settings
- Select Change Password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Select Reset Password on the login screen
- Enter your registered email address
- Follow the secure reset link sent to your inbox
If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder before retrying
Account access & permissions
Understanding ownership and roles
- Each Livora system has one primary account owner
- Only the owner can manage users, permissions, and access levels
- If you are not the owner, request access or a password reset directly from them
System requirements
Connectivity needed for account recovery
- Your Livora system must be online to process login and reset requests
- Ensure your home internet connection is active
- If your system is offline, remote access and password reset will not function
- Restart your Livora system from the main controller if accessible
- Retry the password reset process once the system is back online
- If the issue persists, contact support for secure recovery
Important
- Passwords cannot be viewed or recovered directly
- Livora does not store readable password data
- There is only one system owner per installation
- Owner access cannot be reassigned without verification
